The reason I'm asking about Manila being a province is it asks for the city, country and province/state where her passport was issued which is Manila...

I guess I could Google it...

It is a province. Manily City is its Capital and it is the NCR. Like Cebu which is also a province but Cebu City is its Capital.

Eto na lang mas presentable. Hehehe.

Just an FYI. This morning I learned from NVC that our case is under administrative processing. From everything I've read this could be a one week wait or an eternity. Ugh!

Yep, I have a friend who got his NOA2 same day as We did (02/24/09), but he is still in AP as of yesterday when we spoke.
