Removing K3 from my case

I filed for I-130 and a month later I filed I-129F K3....I did some research and I want to withdraw or remove the I-129f K3 how would I do that???

From what I understand, if you ignore all correspondences regarding your K3 it will die a slow death.

Other alternatvies include calling NVC (when your case is approved) to notify them, or calling the embassy

It's too late for such an attempt to do any good. At this point, you may simply ignore the petition you don't wish to follow. The damage is done.

If you want an immigrant visa, don't file an I-129F for spouse.

It will probably just delay your case if you withdraw the petition for 129f.

Doesn't hurt to let the K3 run it's course. Gives you a back up if the I-130 should get stalled at NVC.

neither the I-130 or I-129F have been approved yet. I called USCIS and they told me to write a letter to withdraw my I-129F including the receipt number and to mention that I am only withdrawing my I-129F and to let my I-130 process as usual.

Will it really slow my case???

When you filed the I-129F, your I-130 was taken out of its place in the line and placed with the I-129F. At this point both petitions are waiting to be reviewed at the same time. As pushbrk stated above, the damage is done, let the petitions run their course through USCIS now.
