morning. For some reason, i found it to be very hard getting up this morning. My daughter officially started her spring break and already heard, i'm bored It's going to be a very long 10 days for her. Tomorrow we will color easter eggs and that will be the hilight of the day tomorrow.

It's my day off and most likely the day Tarik gets his job! He spoke with the manager yesterday and was asked to come in today to talk to him! It's also haircut day and go back to Columbus to give the guys that sublet my apartment an extra key day. Whew! Will the fun never end? lol

Also, did anyone e-file their taxes? Cause I still don't have mine and it's been 15 business days I need it. Big time.

On farm town, I am planting and saving for cool stuff like barns and silos and bigger land. I'll publically admit charles has blown me away with his farmage. I bow down to BlueJean Boy.

Morning everyone,

I lost my Roosevelt, the dog my daughter found, he had to be put down, I had done all I could. The dog had been seen by 5 different Vets, and none them have ever seen this in any other dog. He would claw at his face, and when he clawed his face, he would do it till he was bleeding, at the end he had open wounds. I finally put him in an e-collar, the old cone collar to prevent the dog from doing more damage, he had clawed his face down to the muscles, it was horrific. I still sit in confusion of what he had and if there was anything to do to get him better. He was estimated to be 13 years old, I diagnosis him with cognitive dysfunction syndrome started him on Anipryl, the clawing of his face begin before the anipryl, I was giving him acetylpromazine at least 20 mg to get him to lay still, which is a lot of drugs for a small dog. I just don't understand, I am not vet, but I can't let this rest, I too have never seen anything like I saw with this dog, and I pray I never see this again. I have to believe it was something wrong with his wiring in his brain, he was in agony, ripping open the wounds on his face, he would be full of blood, he would do flips on the lawn just clawing his face. It was awful, he would cry because he was in pain, but he would continue to claw at his mouth, it started on one side, at the end both sides of his mouth were big gapping open wounds. I am devastated, I gave so much time and energy to care for him and of course I loved him for the little time he was with me. I learned a lot about Veterinary medicine, the strange thing is that on May 11, I start my residence on the Alzheimer's ward, and my dog had doggies Alzheimer's, symptoms are very similar in dogs as in humans, the only difference is dogs can't express pain or memory loss. In my dog he would wonder, run into walls, get lost under the dinning room table. When my daughter first came home with the dog, I knew there was something off, I just could not put my finger on it. I took him to the vets over and over again, finally I started to dig in the information on canine conditions, and myself finally took him into the vet and told them I think he has CDS. The clawing of his face, I can't find anything even close to anyone ever experiencing anything close to what I saw. So now before I start my last round, I will sit and pour over veterinary medicine and see if I can find the answer. I just want to know what the hell he had, it was frightening.
