What my wife did for our CR-1, for her NBI/ PCC she got it using her married name and had them list her single name as alias that way she got it all on one form. She passed her interview just last week and had no questions raised about it from NVC or the Embassy.

Question? when you request for NBI Clearance...both your single and married name will appear naman on the sheet.....

What I did was I told NBI that I just got married. They asked for MC from NSO and an ID from me. Then they gave me NBI in my married name. And your question isn't stupid. Good Luck on your interview. :star: Edited by o0pink0o

yes when you request it take a copy of your marriage certificate and also your BC to show both married and single name and ask them to include both on the forms
