I am new to this site but have gained alot of information on filing documents. My fiance is in Senegal and had his interview at the embassy in Dakar on 3/12/09. Now the embassy is saying that his application is in "administrative processing" but they will not give me any information about what that means. Does anyone know what administrative processing mean?

Thanks for any information you can give.

This is common practice at some consulates. It can mean different things at different consulates. If it is normal procedure for this consulate I wouldn't worry
