Hi,

Today I have recieved a letter in mail from USCIS, which is notice of requirement to file joint petition to remove the conditional aliens permanent resident status. Its reminder letter to apply for I-751 as my conditional GC is expiring some time soon.

I was wondering if everyone recieve this letter, I havent heard a lot about this kind of letter.

N-400

5/29/2010 - USPS Express Mail Out N-400

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

My husband received a notice too reminding him to remove conditions, it also came from Vermont.

How about the others, did your notice come from Vermont? My husband submitted his I-751 to CSC per I-751 instructions.

Yup! Mine came from Vermont. I did received it before my 90 days window opened, so VSC is not slow at this sending reminder notice part of the game. It's printed out on a blank white piece of paper, no fancy color or watermark like the NOA or biometrics letter, and it only has my first initial and last name.

7/17/06 received biometrics appt notice

7/27/06 biometrics completed

9/7/06 AP approved

9/13/06 EAD approved

11/6/06 received appointment notice for Dec 19th

12/19/06 Interviewed, approved, received stamp in passport

12/27/06 card production ordered

01/03/07 received green card (envelope postmarked 12/30/06)

09/20/08 Mailed I-751 to remove conditions

09/26/08 NOA date

10/16/08 Received biometrics notice

10/31/08 Biometrics

03/10/09 Transferred from VSC to CSC

05/15/09 I-751 approval noticed received in mail

12/01/09 Mailed N-400 for naturalization

12/07/09 NOA date

12/15/09 Received biometrics notice
