I have already turned in the I-129F and have a receipt. In the interim time we are gathering additional documents. Sicne she is from China, she has many chinese documents. The trouble comes in that she went to school in the UK. Now we have to get a UK Police Certificate. Which kind will Guanzhou accept?

Thanks

US Embassy and Consulate General Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV

She will need to get one from ACPO -- more info on the London Embassy website here. Follow the link on the page for directions.

The site you sent me to specifically says that it is the London Embassy that requires the ACPO if you are applying through them. I'm trying to figure out if Guanzhou Consulate also requires that one. Most likely we will get the ACPO one, just wish it was simpler to do for international inquiries.
