Ok so as yal all know my husbands interview is coming up! i just need some advice from yal to see if we am missing amything! here is what we have!

-All the packets we sent to NVC-AOS packet, DS-230

-marriage cert

-Birth cert

-Translations

-Photo's

-album

-loads of emails

-chats

-greeting cards

-telephone bills

-txt msging

-money transfer recipiets

-letter from my college to tell that i am recently enrolled(just thought it mite be important)

-and letter from a university stating that i am accepted and starting Fall2009

-husband's letter from work stating that he works there

-my flight schedule for coming up july so show that i am going to UAE

-my passoprt copy

-copy of the visa page with stamps of dates i entered and left UAE

-letter from my dad stating he will support he and my husband until we settle down

-my husbands passport-of course!

-appointment letter

-passport size pics

-some domicile proof's-bank statements with my name and address driver licsnce with my name and address

-tax returns from my brother cuz i dont work im only a full time student and my dad pays for everything.

-recent 3years tax returns from brother

-brothers paystubs

-brothers proof of employemnt

This is what we have ready so far and i would really appreciate it if you guys would add something to it or tell me if im missing anything.

and one question that is bothering me is that I am not a dependent under my brother on his 2008 tax return i WAS the last 2 years but then my dad started working and now im under him. Is that gonna be a problem? can my brother only support my husband if "I" too am a dependent under him?
