Hi guys,

I`m sorry to interfere... I was just wondering if any of you are able to see your I-130 online? My I-485 and I-765 are showing online , but not I-130.

Hey, I am like you, next day after biometrics I could see my I-485 and I-765 online but not I-130. Can I ask you what is Touch I-130..etc?

SeptemberGold/Tuchy: I can view my I-130/I-131/I-765 but no I-485. Don't worry. Almost every second applicant is going through this. Some can view them all, some none. Since various offices are handling various applications its hard to tell. But rest assured, your cases are being processed. Touch means your application was recently viewed by the handling office. I would always like to add here that CRIS isnt always uptodate on their website when it comes to your applications. I have already received AP/EAD and it still shows as being processed online.

So you can see online Touch? I received my interview letter, but no touch for me online. So they for sure don't do updates.

Tuchy: You would know your file has been touched if the date on your file has been changed. You wont really see anything else on your file other than the date change. Thats how you will know that they have processed/touched your file. As long as you got the letter, don't worry too much about what it states online.

yeah, looks like they`re not too committed to updating information on their site... I guess we should just rely on the good old mail It would be great though if they could keep up with all the applications, since they DID create the online tracking system.

These days I am preparing for Interview(May 27th).

One question 4 u....Do i need to change my SSN# (the one i have with H-1b) ?

Dont worry. C my timeline.

I had my biometrics on 4th april but i cudnt c my status till april 28th.

It was updated on 27th april and I cud c my EAD&AP are approved but i cudnt c my I-130&I-485 online yet.

First u need to check the online status with ur receipt numbers everyday.

Second, dont forget to check ur mail everyday.

When u chek ur online status with ur Receipt Numbers everyday: If u c there is update then that "date" is called as "TOUCH'. The other day when u check the status and u find another "date" then there is another "TOUCH".

Congrats Immi007 on getting the EAD. Your case is still the fastest here. I am still waiting on the ead and the interview letter on mail...... its very painful really, waiting and praying. its 1 month 4 days since my biometrics. Cant see anything online yet + calling uscis is more or less nothing. Keep in touch.

Hi Immi 007: Am doing good. Thank You! Just looking out for the mailman each day:). Haven't started looking for a job yet. And the way things are over here, i don't think i'll find one that easy:) You shouldn't worry about the SSN change for the time being. Concentrate on the Interview. The Social issue can be addressed at a later on stage, once you are approved and have your GC in hand. I actually wouldn't care much for it though. The SSN remains the same anyway. Its just the card wil be replaced with one that has no restrictions printed on it. Do stay in touch and Once again, Congratulations!
