Hi. I'm about to send my AOS forms. I was unsure about how many 2x2 pictures and photocopies of passport and such. I know the I-485 requires it and I know the I-765 also requires it. Do I need to send pictures and copies for both or does one copy fulfill both requirements. Thank you.

You need to send full backup documentation/photos for each form presented. You can send them all in one envelope, separate them by paper clips or binder clips

Each form (AOS, AP, EAD) requires its own set of evidence/supporting documents - they do not stay together and are adjudicated on their own merits.

From reading the I-765 EAD, all you need is the 2 passports. That the I-94 is not required because you are filing under the C9. They want you to show that you filed the A-485, either a receipt notice or that it is pending, but how do you that when I will file them at the same time.

You need to apply for both I-485 and I-765.. since you file I-485 with EAD you don't have any receipt yet for I-485.. just make two different files for both applications and put in the same envelope..that is what i did..
