pls help us K3 with kids

Hello guys,

we Paul and Sherill got a problem on filing a K3 VISA. I got 2 girls from myfirst marrage in the philippines and we plan to bring our girls in California,US. Were still starting our spousal Visa this month. My husband Paul and I dont know if we file the I130 for each of the girls and me...or just 1 application for the 3 of us for the I-30? Pls send us comments or emails for us to know what to do...We have talk to our lawyer and she said that we will file the I-130 for each of us and thats it...i read the government site for visa and it said that after the I-130 we will recieve a reciete of notice and file the I-139F....its so confusing

Pls pls help us out....your comments and emails will help us alot...we missed being with each other, we want our family to be in one home....

I think you are confusing the K3 and K4 visas with the CR1 and CR2. In either case, each intending immigrant needs an I-130. Current USCIS procedures have effectively made the K3 and K4 visa all but obsolete. I'd stick with your attorney's plan for CR1 and CR2 visas by simply not filing the I-129F for spouse.
