So with this processing everything gets one in 15 days is what I read, 15 days RFE and once they get RFE 15 days and its approved or denied. So anyone can do this if they have the $1000? Has anyone tried this before on VJ?

In general that is true. And it is true that it is not available for "anyone with $1000" If you were in one of the rare exceptional cases where it would be considered, you would know it.

This process requires attention to detail to a far greater degree than anyone confusing an I-129 with an I-129F is giving it.

I would not waste a lot of time trying to find loop holes or ways to speed things up. I see that Obama's Aunt isn't getting any special treatment.

I guess... just don't make things too complicated... just follow all the instruction and most likely if the documents is sufficient, you will be approved in 6 months.. :)

MY K1 EXPERIENCE blog...click on this link..

My K1 visa has already been approved. I had been really frustrated to find more info about K1 when we were still under the process. Some blogs have been useful. Now, that I completed the K1 process, I wish to share my own experience. So click on the link if you need more info about K1. The blog includes the requirements, med exams, questions on the interview, CFO and more. I hope that it will help. Thanks. Cheers and good luck.. :)

I was joking with a co-worker about this. He adopted 2 children from China that took less time for some of these K-1 and K-3. Maybe Woody Allen had something in mind?

I looked into the expedited processing too. Unless there's a difference between "accelerated" processing and "expedited" processing, some of the folks who have responded have been incorrect in saying that it cannot be applied to a K-1. It can, in fact, but it's just very difficult to meet the criteria USCIS uses to grant said servicing. Basically you have to be able to prove that the beneficiary's life is in imminent danger in one form or another - key word being PROVE - and heartbreak does not count nor do pending pregnancies. So practically speaking, for most K-1 applicants, this is not an option.

But the OP asked about accelerated processing and you're talking about expedited processing...
