We've done it!!! We got married last April 1st! So now its crunch time to get all the paperwork in order to submit.

I think we're doing well but we have a question about the I-131. There are a lot of posts but we're still a bit confused...

What do we fill in on Part 3 and Part 7?

We have no trips planned but we do want to go. To visit my family in Europe and maybe a delayed honeymoon when the time (and money) is right. Is there a way that we can get an AP with no specific dates?? It seemed so from some of the earlier posts but I'm not sure how to fill in the form correctly.

Thanks for your help!!

Part 3 - Just write in multiple trips. Dates to be determined.

Part 7 - Check the box that says more than one trip. You shouldn't need to attach any extra documents, but you could write a short note saying it's to visit family and go on a honeymoon while AOS is pending.

Leave it blank. You will get an AP with no specific travel dates but only an expiration date.

Bad idea. You should send a completed form. Follow the instructions mentioned by the previous poster. You can also search on the forum, there's plenty of material available.. I filed I-131 recently and had the same questions.

Good luck!
