I think just sending the first two pages of tax return (signed 2nd page), along with the W-2 or evidence supporting the income will be sufficient. If the embassy wants more info., they will let you know to bring it with you for the interview. This is not a tax audit, it just to prove you make enough money to support the beneficiery. If you have concerns on this issue, you can always email the embassy.

No need to skimp or inquire, as the instructions are clear, a complete tax return or a transcript. For a tax audit you supply all the supporting documentation to prove your deductions were legitimate. That's not part of a tax return. Why play with fire?

For the past 3 years I worked for a company in Macau, and they did not issue W-2's (not an American company). I had to do my tax returns each year by adding up my monthly deposit records showing the transfer from my employer's account in to my bank account. This always worked for the IRS.

Should I just send the 1040 forms? I did not even think about this until everyone here was saying we need to send in W-2's. I do have one W-2 for the portion of 2008 that I did live in the USA, from November through December, but jsut no other W-2's for the previous two years.

I could apply for transcripts, but I am afraid they will not arrive in time to send to the embassy with my fiance.

How many pages of TAX return should I include for my I-134? is 2007 and 2008 enought and should I include all pages(40 pages each) or just the first 2 page?

Thanks

Are you self employed? If so then yes you need all 40+ pages. Well that's what the London embassy requires. I suppose each embassy is different.

They may ask for the last 3 years too. I'll be taking 2006,7,& 8 tax returns, W2's & 1099's.
