I am a bit confused of the purpose of i-485A.

I am a british citizen, studying in the US on an f1 visa. I am married to my American wife. I will be concurrently filing the i-130 and i485 together. I am following the guides on this website and at point 16. it states i485 supplement A.

After reading the instructions of i485A, i am not sure whether I need to include this form, does anyone have an idea?

You do not need to complete form I-485A. The Guide lists all the forms that you could file if your situation needed it.
