His AOS was approved on Feb. 10th with no interview...welcome letter was received in the mail shortly after but still no greencard. When he calls USCIS they give him basically no useful information. We did move back in November but filled out an AR-11 then and when he calls the number they stay that they have the correct adrress...so my question is what should we do from here? I'm worried that it got lost in the mail or something...should he call and see if he can have another card issued or is that even possible? Any suggestions? thanks

You may want to make an infopass at your local USCIS office to see if they have notification that the card was actually mailed out. They may be able to give you the date it was mailed and let you know if it was returned or not. They can also give your husband an I-551 stamp in his passport that will act like the green card for work and travel purposes until the actual green card arrives. You can make an infopass at http://www.uscis.gov . On the far right hand side column you will see listed 'schedule an appointment'. There will be an option for not having received a receipt/greencard/something like that. Just follow the instructions. They do say you should receive it within 60 days and you are just about there. If the card arrives you can always cancel the appointment. Good luck.
