Hi everyone... I know this has been discussed a lot of times, maybe you can give me a link to find out these information...

I am applying EAD and AP together with my AOS application...

What do I need to attach together with my forms I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP)? I know I still have to attach 2 passport sized photos for every forms, just want to know what else I need to attach...

Thanks for all your possible inputs!

Check the guide above, they list everything you need to send.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Before filling out the I-765 and I-131 forms, read the instructions for each form. You can file the together, send them in the same envelope, but each filing must have its own backup documentation as required. For example if each form asks for a copy of the I-94, you must enclose a copy attached to each form, not one for all three. Just as you have surmised for the passport photos
