I am in the process of filling out a form to sponser my brother to come to the USA. I have not long filled out the same form for my mother and I thought they asked for a copy of MY birth certificate, but I can't find that on the instructions. Am I imagining it?

So far for my brothers application I have the filing fee, I-130 form filled out and signed, my naturalisation cerficate, is this enough?

I know before you inform me that its gonna take years but you have to start someplace.

Birth Certs showing relationship to same parent.

Note: this is going to take a very long tome to get a visa number, siblings are classed as F-4 priority.

Currently issuing numbers for petitions filed April 1998. USCIS will receive the I-130 and issue NOA1, then case will go into long term storage until about a year of so before visa numbers for the class gets issued at wich time they process and issue NOA2, currently USCIS is working on F-4 class cases filed Feb 2001.
