hi there!

i worked in israel for two years. i called the israel embassy in makati, philippines today. they told me that i need to wait for my case to be forwarded to the us embassy in manila before asking for a police certificate. they also said that i have to bring the passport i used when i lived in israel and also to bring a copy of a letter from the us embassy with my case # when i go there.

now, i want to ask, what should i do to obtain a letter from the us embassy?

anyone here with the same situation?

thanks.
