07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Yes it does seem we are diminishing around here.

Jeanne, god what i wouldn't do to be basking in 90 degree temps...we are back to cold again, probably only 40 degrees today and windy :huh:

Last night was my husband's 29th birthday!! We really had a nice time, dinner, some pool and he played so awesome last night.

We were able to get some people together there and have a cake for him and all. I really am so happy that he is here with me, THANK GOD!

I still dont know if I am off or 1/2 day on Friday. I thought I was off....I really need a day off :yes: but we have begun our preparations for Easter.

We had our Easter pix taken on Sunday, and gathering candy for baskets (even my older kids still love that), we had an Easter egg hunt and tomorrow we will color our eggs.

Would love to hear what y'all are doing for your holiday.

Charles...it isnt us who should be getting those extra ZZZs it should be you....any day now Daddie-O

tomorrow George's family is starting to arrive.

hope all is well with you all.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Happy Tuesday everyone - its spring break here so I have a bored/complaining/malcontent adolescent all week. YAY! But I think we are going to make a day trip to Yosemite on Friday so that should be fun. Hope its a good day for all of you :)

Just got off work and wanted to check in. My kitty Migalo is having an allergic reaction to some scented oil he spilled all over himself. His skin is blistering :( My mom said to give him very small dose of Childrens Benedryl. I hope it works.

No word yet on the job front for Tarik but I'm hoping the Moroccans that work where he is applying look out for their own :)

Btw.... it is COOOOOOOOOOOOLD here. :(:wow:
