hello! I´m filling out the K1 fiance visa and I´m wondering if I have put some answers from the G-325A on a separate sheet, do i need to make 4 copies, one for each page in the set, or just 1 copy for the whole set? Also, I have one tiny little scribble (I accidentally added an unneeded letter at the end of a word so I just scribbled that one letter out)....will it be okay, or do i have to do that sheet over? Thank youuuuu!

Take a look a the example forms at the top of this page. Since you are posted online, I am confused as to why you are hand writing the forms. There is nothing wrong with hand writing them of course, but it seems like a lot more difficult! If you fill in the G-325A's on the computer then the computer will automatically fill in all 4 sheets for you and you do not have to do it over and over again by hand. Regarding the scribble, that won't be a problem. I'd use whiteout myself, but it won't be a problem so don't worry about it!

You ask if you should make four separate sheets....that depends on how you do it. If we did not have enough room to fill in the answer (for example on the how you met question) we wrote -as it is shown on the example form on this site- "See Appendix Sheet A" or whatever. So obviously, you do not need 4 Appendix Sheet A's, but you do need to write "See Appendix Sheet A" on all four copies of the form.

Save yourself some trouble, if possible, and fill the form out on the computer! :) I remember that we filled almost all of it out on the computer, but there was an answer or two that we put in ink because for some reason the computer didn't like what we put (for example wanting to put N/A in a number field or something!).

Good Luck!

You should have the continuation sheet (copy) for each page.

As mentioned above, you should "electronically" fill out the form, then print it out, that way you won't have any issues with "scribble" - remember, the form must be legible.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes. The G-325a is a four part form, the pages get separated and scattered to the four winds (oh, bad pun, sorry) and you need your attachement go go with them. If one department of the government gets one less piece of paper than another department gets, it discomboborates the fratastatological system determination, scrizzles the jacobean, the wheels run off the track and the train crashes much worse than the train in "the fugitive" and not all the USCIS officers escape unharmed because Harrison Ford will NOT be there to save them. If it happens in the eastern half of the USA, K visas at VSC get delayed at least another 4 months.

PLEASE make four copies.

If you must make corrections, draw a single line through the error, leaving it visible and initial the change. You should be Ok with what you did. Initial it.

Just so you know, I got my NOA2 with no problems in 68 days, and I only attached one extra sheet (instead of 4 copies of it) to the G-325A about my work history (wouldn't fit on the page). Now that I think about it, it is probably better to attach 4 copies of it! But I didn't think about it at the time, only attached one, and it was still okay

Me too. I already posted that just 1 was okay...but like you, after I read others posts I realized that 4 probably would have been better since I knew that the 4 sheets were going to be seperated! d'oh!

Oh well...I sent my stuff off in 2006 and we were approved no problem with no RFE's...so I guess if you want to be nice then include 4, but that most likely, it doesn't matter either way!
