I called yesterday to place an inquiry on my I-130 bcuz its been 6 months already.....rep told me that they are working on I-130's from October 21st, 2008....so I'm out of processing range......"My case should be assigned to an Immigration Officer by May 6th.....allow 15 days after May 6th to call back and inquire.....but he also said...you may get a response SOONER.....I HOPE SO!!!!!!!!

K3 isn't going to be any faster, really... (except MAYBE on the NVC side....but by then, what's an extra month to get the CR1/IR1 ??)

OUCH!!! can't you get your Senator or Congressman to call them? I heard some people here did just that and their papers went faster.

True true, i see most people got stuck waiting for their NOA2. Hummm...

Good luck everyone, I hope things do speed up for you guys. I don't know what is like for you, since I've only been waiting for a month or so.
