separation while case pending

Hi friends, i guess i m getting frustrated by waiting

My case was transfered to csc on Feb 25th 09

and touched feb 27th since then no action. i have noticed that some of the most recent approvals were transfered in March up to March 20th .Should i be worried and call USCIS? OR my senator . Please advise . thank you !

The short answer is probably "No, nothing to worry about" (Keep in mind - VJ members are a very small percentage of people who have cases pending with USCIS.)

The long(er) answer would be: "Without a timeline (other than when you were transferred to CSC) it's difficult to respond with any real degree of accuracy"

case still pending ...
