Just got off the phone with Loraine at USEM, she said that Grace was no longer at the embassy. not to worry, Loraine was a really nice helpful sweet lady. It's just that her name was posted here many times for people to call and get help from. hate to see her go.

Yes, I got through 2 hours ago, 10 min before 8 am Manila time. I have read that the best time to call is between 7:30 and 8:00 am Manila time.

I have tried both extensions, but got lucky on the 5185 extension at about 10 minutes before 8 am. It might be more difficult getting an answer since it is just Loraine by her self because she said there is no replacement as of yet.
