How do you Insert a youtube video into a VJ message post

My wife and I was cracking up when we saw this incident on the news, For a Black man to hear an unexpected Gun Shot like that, It's brave he didn't Duct.

At the end of each YouTube link there are a series of letters. In your YouTube link the letters are: CfVenJrKNvg

Go to Insert: YouTube (You can find this above the smilies and to the left of the font type in the drop down box called "Insert Special Item" or to the left of the writing area where it says "Quick Access" (very last Insert:)

When you click on Insert: YouTube you paste the series of letters after the = sign of the YouTube link.
