You are probably right. But ICE seems to care enough to forward her little contract to the Vermont Service Center. ICE in NH is more than likely different from ICE in a large city. Maybe they dont have as much to do around here.

How can you prove it was her who wrote that fraudulent "agreement"? All she has to do is to deny it or say that you wrote it in her behalf just out of spite for all the things she did to you  I'm just curious...because i've never seen anything like this in my life and this "note" she wrote didn't come up so insistently full front 'till recently.

Not taking anybody's sides here but i find your love/hate for her goes deeper than anything i've seen before...i just have a feeling this will not end well...just be careful what you do, k? Don't let the obsession with this chick get you in trouble. That's all i have to say.

Or, she could just say that HE FORCED her into signing that piece of paper, just to held it against her and make her life a hell, plus she can substantiate this claim with his actions out on the net (different online networking sites) setting up IDs in her name (that's lame too ) .

Merrillizer, did you brag about your wife and what she has done to you on a fisherman/hunters' forum somewhere? No offense, maybe you also need some professional :help: ? All this seems to have shaken you deeply.

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

As well, in your writings you come out as a hell of a mean SOB. We did not hear her side. Who knows what you did to her that she abandoned you. I mean, she may or may not be a scammer... but you are definitely not in any shape to be in a relationship with a woman.

Look at you, all of you!!!

What do you want from the poor guy, shame on you. Why is everyone attacking him? Why can't you ppl put yourselves in his shoes?

I wanna tell you that I'm from Eastern Europe and I know a lot of ppl from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, that were looking for American Citizens to marry them.

When I was still dating my husband, I've heard the question: "How did you find him, can you find me an American, too?" so many times. And it makes me throw up. Some of the foreigners come to US on a J-1 with the only goal to find an USC to marry. I even have some "friends" who got married to UCS after they paid them. That's fraud, and it's been done not only by the foreigner but the USC as well!!!

If someone did this to me, I'd be so mad, angry, upset, going crazy, that God knows what I'd do!

So leave him alone! He just wanted to share his extremely bad experience with us, and what he got? Only attacks, and offenses! May be he already saved someone else from such a disaster with sharing his story on VJ! I've lived in USA for 6 years and I've met a lot of ppl with this issue. Some ppl care, others don't! I have even an ex-coworker whose husband ran away with the money she paid to him after the wedding. Till today she still can not find him, she can not start the process for the GC, she can't get divorced! Who left who?

That was all I wanted to say! Thank you for reading!

If you don't have something good to say, just don't write bull$hit

Friendly, but still entitled to our own opinion, right? Plus, being mature and describing a situation in our own mature terms, we are really to expect mature reactions and assume the fact that not all think the same thoughts, right? Otherwise, if my opinion differs, I'm an a$$ just because I'm expressing it?

If friendly means all "lovi-dovi" BS with no reality check and a look toward future, I'd rather skip the "lovi-dovi friendly pleasantries" and the "boo-hoo let's cry together in a chorus" and see what I can do about things. But that's just my 1 cent thoughts (@50% discount, so I'm friendly). But I'm off-topic.

Look guys, there's a lawyer on the forum and she's able to yell realy loud, i mean "work on other's behalf" for free

Look, girl, seriously now, i've been here as long as you have, not in Romania, not in Moldova, not in Bulgaria or Russia. I've been in US. And in US we have what it's called "freedom of expression and freedom of speech" in case you never heared of it. I don't wanna be harsh on ya' but get a grip and if you have something to say, say it to whomever you want, any way you want but don't you dare shop up here and tell me what i am allowed to say or how i choose to express myself. You're not better than me, i'm not better than ya' and ya should know that; Otherwise i realy doubt your continuous presence in this great country.

I don't doubt there's a lot of fraud out there but for you to put all E Europe into the pile of "frauds" shows not only a distinct lack of objective judgement but also a lack of respect for your own countryyou were born in, people or culture you might come from since in case you didn't notice you are apart of the "frauds" of E Europe. Or, are you different? Are you the exception of the rule or truth you seem to know and master so well?

merrillizer is hurt and no doubt he's been scammed. But to make him an angel and yup arround at everybody who dares share an oppinion difefrent than your biast view upon a stranger you and i know nothing about except what's presented here on few lines of forum makes you not only a free of charge funny "lawyer" but a prety bad one too.

So, welcome to America! You still have a lot to learn. the Constitution is a good place to start

Yes, I've already taken American Government at College, and I know what is it called "freedom of speech". As to my husband, don't even try to accuse me of a fraud, because I didn't wanna marry him the first time he proposed. I wanted to stay legal on my own. That's why my husband loves me. And you don't know him. He is simply one of the most wonderful people I have ever met, and I do love him. So, you keep talking about fraud here, I don't care. I care what my family thinks about him, and his about me as well. And what do we think about each other is obvious - that's why we're married. As to my respect for my own country - I mentioned my country because it would be very dishonest to list the other ones and not list mine, when I know very well it's true, and it's sad.

Now leave me alone, I am tired of reading offenses all the time. Period!

I posted here seeking advice and guidance, because my wife and I found this place a little too late, within the week after we originally filed her AOS package. After finding it, I realized there was a lot of great information on here that we could have used (like how to prepare the AOS package), and I wish we had found it earlier. I also realized that there were a lot of knowledgeable folks here. I was never looking for pity or remorse. I was just wondering about a few things.....like am I helping myself by delaying the annulment proceeding? Actually, I talked to an immigration lawyer yesterday and he told me that if my wife files for a VAWA and gets it, I could be held liable for any benefits she receives from the guv'ment. So I cant just "forgive and forget". This person walked into my life under the guise of genuine love and commitment, and then walked out, leaving my life in shambles and hurting not only me, but my family. I cant just forget about it. I have to protect myself from this foreign national who believes she deserves to be rewarded with Lawful Permanent Residency. However, she does not deserve anything. I already forwarded the "contract" she wrote up and SIGNED to I.C.E., and the rep. there told me now that they have that evidence, it is being given to the Supervisor. I would find it hard to believe, that USCIS would grant my wife a VAWA waiver because of bogus domestic violence restraining orders, especially when she signed a contract to commit immigration marriage fraud. My estranged wife is a SCAMMER, I have the contract with her signature to prove it, and she has committed a multitude of federal offenses. Luckily for me, I didnt let myself get dragged into her immigration crime mess. I only find the need to protect myself from her. I am not the judge, I am just the victim of immigration marriage fraud, who has the evidence to prove it. And it will be used to detain and deport my wife. Scammers, liars and cheats should not be rewarded, especially when they draw up and sign the evidence!

I hope, you learn from this. You should be happy now and satisfied.

yes, :ot2: and you just pray that your Romanian SO don't do the same thing to you as this Moldovan girl did. Because not only Asian people fake, but Eastern European as well... and I'm very sorry to say it but it's true...

I'll let you know how it goes, keep you posted on it, and I'll come to you (if you would be so kind not to ignore it) for consolation or a friendly "I told you so" if things go sour. For the time being, you can relax, hubby and I know each other for more than 13 years, been happily married for 2.5 years. No signs of dumping me (yet).

Now leave me alone, I am tired of reading offenses all the time. Period!

...supposed to be a friendly forum, not an a$ one

If you don't have something good to say, just don't write bull$hit

Friendly, but still entitled to our own opinion, right? Plus, being mature and describing a situation in our own mature terms, we are really to expect mature reactions and assume the fact that not all think the same thoughts, right? Otherwise, if my opinion differs, I'm an a$ just because I'm expressing it?

If friendly means all "lovi-dovi" BS with no reality check and a look toward future, I'd rather skip the "lovi-dovi friendly pleasantries" and the "boo-hoo let's cry together in a chorus" and see what I can do about things. But that's just my 1 cent thoughts (@50% discount, so I'm friendly). But I'm off-topic.

So, :ot2:

yes, :ot2: and you just pray that your Romanian SO don't do the same thing to you as this Moldovan girl did. Because not only Asian people fake, but Eastern European as well... and I'm very sorry to say it but it's true...

Fake Asians? I'm real Asian. Not a blow up doll. :hehe:
