I in the other hand I'm still waiting, we have the same receipt date, this is such Bull Sh*%, NO RFE, No interview, they just asked me to resubmit Biometrics so they are saying because of that your file might be delayed, I could punch someone in the face right now, but I'll just go smoke a cigarette instead, kind of push my lungs.

I do have to resubmit my biometrics as well, because some how they lost mine, so I will go back next week, when it is yours? I applied on 02/15/08

Wow man I feel allot better, I applied 03/18/2008, so you are even worst then me, I don't know what is the matter? I don't think they will send me an RFE because they would have sent that with the Biometrics letter or close to it, But I contacted my congresswoman and the person there pretty much said that once you resubmit your fingerprints again, the officer looking over the file moves to other files while waiting for the bios to be done, and it takes him/her some time to come back around, which is completely pissing me off, But I guess you have it worst then me.

Hey,Sale,congratulations!!!I think we got approved on the same day and I got my card on April 6th too...I wish Good Luck to all of you guys who are still waiting...it was 13 months and 15 days for me before I got approved...Good Luck again!!!
