some people lose 35lbs just like that. my case, like i mentioned before is different, because i gained everything on my second trimester and kept that weight all the way through the end of the pregnancy. so i know most of it was fat.

Well, I think that's going to be my problem as well. I think most of my 40 pounds is probably just fat and not related to babies at all. I have slowed down on my weight gain each time I've gone to the doctor. Last time I had only gained 3 pounds. I'm hoping some of the changes I've made in my diet will help with that and my weight will be about the same when I go next week.

that's what i did on the third trimester and i gained nothing. i indulged myself during the second trimester, i ate everything i wanted, just the way i wanted. so by the time i was on the third trimester i had already have everything i craved and all the fattening food i'd usually feel guilty about eating, so it was easy to go healthy.

The ibuprophen has finally lessened the cramps but now the pain has moved up my back to my neck and head. The pain now is what the nurse calls menstrual migraines. They don't want to give me special meds for it since we want to get pregnant.

i think that's stup!d. I never did not take a medication because i might get pregnant. what if i never got pregnant, i'd be suffering every time there was something wrong with me?

And that was a nurse for the OBGYN....will see if my regular dr will do something else when I see him next month

smoking i quit in 2007. with alcohol, i was really but really lucky, because i usually have beer on weekends, but it was summer n i was trying to keep my weight down, and alcohol is the 1st thing i stop having when i want to lose some lbs, so when i found out i was pregnant it was already 5 or 6 weeks i havent had any alcohol at all. maybe unconsciously i knew it was going to happen.

tomorrow I get to drive 150 miles to have lunch with my dad and then drive 150 miles back. should be great fun...my mom and sister in the car together for that long. maybe i will drive separate
