tireing. it was too much too soon. he isn't that heavy, but wearing him for over 40 min got me tired. After my nap at home, I woke up with a terrible upper back pain, even my belly and incision were hurting. I'm glad i still had some hydrocode and ibuprofen for that.

oh that sucks. hopefully you'll feel better soon. a lot of people have told me, even if you feel like you can go out and do stuff, normally you just get really tired really fast for awhile. do you have one of those wrap things that you just wrap around your body and tie? or is it an actual sling one? my friend loves her one she can just wrap around her body and tie.

i'm so tired today and don't want to do anything. it sucks that i already had plans to do stuff with 3 different people. ughhhh

LOL, I had the same one for my son. When I put him in it he disappeared. It was like putting him in a duffle bag. I didn't use it very much for that fact. He hated it.

So we booked our flights for this summer. First family trip back to Germany. We're leaving on our 1st anniversary, which we think is fitting since we've never flown together before! I'm so excited! And Die Toten Hosen (my fave band next to U2) will be playing while we're there. Woot.

How is everyone? I've not been around much and I'm leaving again to go do yard work.

I am supposed to go out tonight with a couiple of friends, but they are taking forever to get here. We had said 7pm, now it's 9pm. I am getting a bit sleepy, I didn't sleep much last night and have a slight hang over.

We are going to a thing called "Night of museums" - all museums and galleries in town are open until 2am, with live music and performances by artists.

I am supposed to go out tonight with a couiple of friends, but they are taking forever to get here. We had said 7pm, now it's 9pm. I am getting a bit sleepy, I didn't sleep much last night and have a slight hang over.

I hate waiting around for people who are slow to get ready. Normally I get extremely annoyed and decide I don't want to go anymore. That thing looks fun though.

Yeah, they were waiting for more people to rock up at another friend's house, so they could all go together. They live on the other side of town and I was too lazy to go all the way over there, only to come back here - all the museums are a block away from here, so it made more sense for me to wait for them here.

I made Tabbouleh today. I am so keen on eating it now, but if I do, I'll prolly fall asleep. Plus it has so much garlic, I would make people faint.

Meeting up with a bunch of other friends now.

Tabbouleh is great. I mix it with a bit more couscous and add some bell pepper as well. I love couscous.

the one where he's in a sitting up position won't work. he can't control his head yet and he's way too small for that.
