Mine have only been like this the past two days. I think it might have something to do with the warmer weather and my choice in shoe. I've been wearing socks and tennis shoes every day. The past two days I've worn slip on sandals. I know it's not my blood pressure because it's been excellent every time I've been to the doctor. It's really only in my feet and ankles too. My hands or face are not showing any signs of swelling. I guess it's just that time for it to start happening. But, it's official, I have cankles. :crying::lol:

have you been eating a lot of stuff with salt?

my feet got swollen too and everyone said it was because of salt... but I don't think I was eating that much salt :P

I don't think so. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snack, then lunch and supper vary. But I never add salt to any of my food. I eat it with whatever salt it's been prepared with.

hot weather does that to me

I really think that's what it is. Up until yesterday it's only been getting near 60 degrees. Starting yesterday it's been in the high 70's. I'm fairly certain it's just the warmer weather. And, like I said, my shoe choice since the weather has gotten warmer.

Its 84 here in Michigan, I spent 2 hours in the garden but finally the heat was too much, to keep working. I haven't had summer in well over a year. But it is glorious.

It's 81 here today. Unfortunately I'm stuck inside and not getting to enjoy it one bit. I'm extremely stir crazy and can't wait for 5 to roll around.

Matilda update.....

Matilda is in the office, gathered all his ####### and is -me thinks- getting ready to go. The dude had a whole pharmacy in his desk, which will now be gone.

Thanks for the memories and hope you have a nice life. kthxbai

tireing. it was too much too soon. he isn't that heavy, but wearing him for over 40 min got me tired. After my nap at home, I woke up with a terrible upper back pain, even my belly and incision were hurting. I'm glad i still had some hydrocode and ibuprofen for that.
