i think some doctors are just insensitive like that. like christine from grey's anatomy. that doesn't meant they're not good at what they do. this guy has won the best ks whstever last year, so i bet he's at least very good. but of course, he won't be my son's pediatrician, i'll find one close to where i live that has time to spend with my son when necessary, not just quick look at him and leave because he's too busy seeing another hundred kids.

I think that's a smart idea. It's much better to have someone who cares to take all the time needed to help you. I've stuck with my doctor and followed him since I was like 5 because he's like that. He doesn't even do family practice anymore, but I continue to see him because he is the best type of doctor. He takes as much time as he needs to to explain things and make sure you understand what's going on and stuff. If you find one like that, it's a total keeper.

eta: your siggy pic is so cute!

My friend's dad just dropped off 100lbs of supplies for me to take to with me today. I keep trying to tell everyone I'm not allowed to lift 20lbs so I don't know how they expect me to lift two 50lb storage containers. Even if it's just lifting it up onto a cart, I can't even push the cart.

my aunt made that observation after she had her baby a few years ago. she kept having everyone feel how hard her boobs were because she was so amazed. you're breastfeeding, right?

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I absolutely dread when we have to get our boys done. I just can't imagine putting them through that because I know it's going to hurt. Poor babies.

You could just not have it done, y'know..... :)

It's a valid point, nonetheless...if it worries Booty so much, then don't have it done. :D
