I got my first driving lesson today

Your not in MA are you?

Nope I am not :P

It was YOU, trinket!! Get off the road

I nearly got clobbered about an hour ago. I'm in the restaurant parking lot, about to turn right into the main drag (Roosevelt Blvd.) I had one of those green turning signal arrows, clearly giving me the right of way. I was about to make the right turn when from the corner of my eye I see the guy coming along Roosevelt has no intention at stopping at his red light, he just went right through! It was last minute reflexes that kept me out of the intersection and a certain smashup. I hate a*holes like that.

Trinket ... you were nowhere near Roosevelt Blvd tonight were you??

Actually we went to the farms, no other cars were there and we actually drove on those dirt road or I don't know the exact term to call it. Basically I didn't drive on main road :P Will be going to the same place this Saturday again :)

Congrats to Amber on her dragonistic achievements! Yay,

Not sure that I enjoy being described as 'Buddha like' (Is that a cat really?)

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

That's what I did teaching Luis how to drive a stick in Brasil (I still can't grasp it that out here they'll teach automatic shifts and give you a license without the need to ever drive manual).

I know!!! Luis always goes "but why not my regular frosting for the carrot cake? Chocolate is too strong!". I don't understand it, the chocolate goes perfect with the carrot and that frosting is nasty.

I hate not seeing marshmallow or chantilly cake frostings here, just the nasty frosting type.

No asian markets here in PR.

I don't have access to a lot of cool stuff here, all markets pretty much carry the same stuff, heck, even table cream sometimes is hard to find here.

Well, since the new thread on this topic has been started, I will close this one.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
