charles is all belly, his hips are fine. i blame on steak. he cuts a 2''x2'' piece, put in his mouth, chew for half a second and wash down with dr pepper. he's not heavy weight because he eats too much and never exercise, although that helps, he has a pregnant size belly full of unchewed meat that was never digested.
