I can't believe that NJ require 18 months, that seriously a LONG time. A lot of people choose to have a separation before going for the big D! Can you imagine....??? Trying out a separation for a year, deciding you do want a divorce and THEN having to wait another 18 months before it's legalized??

I'm not sure if what they do here is exactly a required separation of 12 months. The way I understood it was that it's simply a waiting period after you file for divorce in which you can change your mind. But I guess that's the same thing as an official separation?

I came on a K1 to see if I really wanted to marry my fiance but I met someone new and I still have 15 days left on my visa, can I marry him instead and file for AOS?

I was thinking about sending in a CD or flash drive to show the 1,000,000 pages of chat logs that me and my honey rack up everyday....do you think that's enough? What else should I send as proof that I love her more than my life!?

Hey everyone. I'm back but only just. I was very lucky to get food poisoning on Friday night. I went to bed around 3am and woke up around 7am with the most intense stomach pain in my life. It was not a fun time. Luckily (or not?) I was not the only person to get sick. I spent most of Saturday in bed (alone) or on the couch with my friend's husband. We took turns running to the toilet, but by early evening we decided to carry trash cans around with us. I'm sure we looked hilarious laying out on the terrace with our very own puke buckets while everyone else enjoyed dinner. I was supposed to come home on Sunday, but just couldn't face an airplane, so I changed my flight and got home yesterday. Seriously horrible weekend.

Oh and I was supposed to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress on Saturday, but I couldn't go, so the people had to come to me. Let's just say that will not go down in my memory book as a favorite moment.

I feel so run down today :(
