The docs don't know why I don't feel rested no matter how long I sleep. They first thought it was narcolepsy but 2 sleep studies have said it wasn't. Something about me not staying in REM sleep but no idea why or what to do about it. This all started after my son was born...so nearly 8 years of this #######.

light exfoliation and tanning beds help. there's also a line of products called KP Duty www.dermadoctor.com

That's interesting. It did go away when I started going to the tanning beds in London. Then when I moved to Italy it started up again. But then when I got to the US my derm told me specifically not to go to tanning beds anymore because I'm so pale (she removed a couple bads spots already, so I guess that options out).

I have an issue that I have talked about with a Dr and had a test done and still nothing was figured out about it. I'm not saying what cuz it's TMI but it's like, ok then I'll just deal with it I guess. It doesn't affect my every day life or cause me any issues really but still it's something that I'd like to know what the heck it is.

Somehow I am allergic to painkillers with brufen, had a really bad reaction once and was taken to emergency. And no bills because I was in India and our city Govt. Hospital is .
