Man, my Mom called me at work, she is feeling really bad because of chemo. I think she is having a nervous breakdown. I could cry too.

She just wouldn't stop sobbing on the phone for 20 minutes. Her car is broken, she needs an MRI and has to deal with the German bureaucracy. She is overwhelmed by everything, plus the new chemo is finally starting to take it's toll. She is a physical wreck and now it seems like it's mentally getting to her as well. I wish I knew what to do. I feel really helpless.

Also, I SUCK at "diets" (It's not really a diet, simply more of an eating consciously...). I've always been able to eat almost everything I wanted, but recently I've needed to actually pay attention if I want to stay the weight I am. I'm going to start making time for the gym and also try to not eat really bad stuff. So I go into the kitchen to figure out what I'm going to eat for lunch before work tonight and what do I choose: pasta. Seriously, I have no self-control.
