Today I helped judge a French verb-a-thon. Interesting. I took 6 years of French. A long, long time ago.

Nessa, give it time...I used to do gymnastics and was scared to actually bend backwards until just a few days ago because I thought the c/s scar would burst open. Well...it didn't but now my back hurts .

I'm contemplating about whether or not to start selling some home made cloth diapers....

that was the first one i did today, so i was like #######? then i did the opne i used to do 250, and i was able to do 210. not so bad. but all the upper body i'm doing 25 only, then some i went from 75 to 50. i just wonder when i'll get to that point. that was the best i've ever been. back in augsut last year,

my friend suggests taking it easy on the ab workouts. she tried to do too much on the ab workouts after her kids and her stomach muscles never fully went back together. she showed me and they do look a bit odd.

I agree on the abs workout. i'll wait to start them and take it easy at first, i know my belly will never go back to normal because of the extra skin.

I could only smell it, not see it unfortunately. Smoke in sunlight surely is a pretty thing.

I was confused today. Got out of the shower, grabbed my deodorant spray, sprayed it on my pits and realised I had grabbed the hairspray. Then I put my Shiseido eye cream all over my face instead of my eyes.

When I told my grandma, she said it was a common thing. She once applied toothpaste onto her arm, thinking she had grabbed a tube of ointment.

I set a goal of going to the gym everyday, including weekends, but it's unrealistic. I just don't have the energy. I'll settle for mon-fri.
