That is just too cute Nessa!!! I want a baby squirrel!! It could be like my pokemon. I take it everywhere with me.

there was a family of 5 (mom and 4 kids) running across the neighbor's yard about a month ago. it was hilarious as every time the babies got near something verticle, they tried to jump up on it and climb it. it sure was funny watch 4 squirrels jumping out of the flowers up onto a steel barn, trying to climb it

Amby is da bombe!

I just got a response from the seed company. He's all agog and wants to know if they are all like the sample I sent pics of. Sadly, I didn't have room to plant a huge number, but so far they are all the same. What happens though, if the rest of the packet are boring ordinary Bull's blood? Should I cry? Should I keep those stripey ones I still have (assuming they are stipey as they are not harvested) and run them to seed?

Confused...

You grabbed a representative sample of seed from your packet, so I'd say yes, they are all like that. if you run them to seed is up to you :)

I was joking with the boring Bulls Blood bit, but the stripes intrigue me. I will try to run to seed - need more info, but thanks for the input so far. I'll let you know what VS company have to say too. Thanks as always for your input :)

Did Booty really have her babies? If so, does anyone know how they are doing, as I understood it, they are premie?

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

They are doing fine, she said. Just really small (1400grs and 1700grs). They will have to stay at the hospital for the next few months. I think she was 31 weeks now, plus they are twins, so they are still really tiny.

Wow, yeah, tiny to be sure. I wish them well, and Booty of course. She did say that she had contractions earlier and hoped to hold out longer, but sometimes mother nature will have none of it. If you speak to her, pass on my best wishes. I expect it will be a stressful time until she can get them home with her :)
