Yo, Amby, what brand 'immersion blender' do you have? (Betting it's top of the range souped up chef model )

It's a Viking one. I don't know about souped up but it does the job. I have a cheapy one too though. I seriously have way too many kitchen gadgets. I still have tons of unopened stuff in a closet from when I got married over 2yrs ago.

I think the Cuisinart ones are supposed to be pretty good

I put pork ribs in the smoker earlier and I've made a chipotle bbq sauce for them. will be time to take them out soon and put them on the grill. I don't know ####### made me want to do that today

no but you can buy this stuff. you can keep it in the freezer and take out as much as you want to make stuff. i've used it to make sauces and sorbets, flavor stuff, etc

I am too lazy to make our own ice crean but I did go on a cooking binge this weekend, I must say

got some nice nice vindaloo chicken that is super hot; rice, and also 2 of Bren's faves: green been casserole chipotle style; and papas con chorizo
