Cassi it'll work fine :) I make all sorts of stuff in the blender just so I don't have to get all the pieces out for the food procesor. You can make flavored mayos in there too, dressings, sauces, puree soups, etc

Hehehe, it's a compliment, but an annoying one of course :)

I like Len's mixer - all the one's I see look so cheap and flimsy. I have been toying with the idea of getting one, but only if I can find one like, well, like that one :)

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

 I see, but, but there's a date and everything on that pic!

And I was drooling over the berries and what I assumed was either yogurt or creme fraiche :)

Or, is that a smoothie/milkshake? Whatever it is, it looks tasty and refreshing.

Don't have a food processor. I've only used the blender for drinks...so this will be interesting lol

it will work just fine with the blender

just make sure to super rinse after.... or your smoothies will taste like pesto :dead:

I somehow ended up with two blenders so maybe I'll use one exclusively for drinks and the other for anything else.

Yo, Amby, what brand 'immersion blender' do you have? (Betting it's top of the range souped up chef model :) )

 It's a Viking one. I don't know about souped up but it does the job. I have a cheapy one too though. I seriously have way too many kitchen gadgets. I still have tons of unopened stuff in a closet from when I got married over 2yrs ago.

I think the Cuisinart ones are supposed to be pretty good :)
