:P i want to eat lasagna, but i wont cook one for me, i'll just go buy a single serving frozen one, not as good and healthy, but oh well.

Yeah, but sometimes I really do love a frozen Stouffer's lasagna...yummy. I make a badazz one myself, but when you don't have the time to cook, a frozen one works too.

have any of you used swaptree.com? my friend suggested it for the book club books. i signed up and grabbed a few popular books off my shelf to add to my have list...welllllllllllll...none of the books i have entered are in their database. i thought that was odd, but maybe it's because a lot of the books were purchased in other countries?

the way my mom taught me how to make it, the sauces are

1.- the usual marinara

2.- a spinach + ricotta

3.- 4 cheese + butter

so I guess #3 is kinda bechamele-ish :P

ok so it's layered without the noodles?

the way she makes it's like such:

noodle + spinach sauce + layer of noodle + butter sauce + layer of noodle + marinara/meat sauce so you cut it and it looks like the Italian flag.

now, when she's being exotic, she uses sesos for the white sauce. you do not want to know what that is.
