holy #######...seriously college bookstores are such a rip off! my books for my summer classes are $415 at the bookstore and $240 on Amazon. I could get them even cheaper, but can't stand used books. I hate looking at other people's highlighting or notes.

I know they are, and it is a ripoff (u-bookstores). You are better off buying from B&N or something like that.

until this past semester, i just bought them at the bookstore because i couldn't be bothered to make the effort to look online, but i'm trying to be smarter with my money (one of my resolutions for the year). i actually added up how much money i was spending on ####### like clothes, shoes, purses, etc...yeah... i was seriously being insane and stupid.

well I now have a beautiful selection of designer clothing that is all too big on me, some still with tags my friend is really hurting for money (single, 3 kids, ex husband isn't paying the support regularly), so i was thinking about giving it all to her to sell on ebay. she sells random stuff on there all the time just to make extra money. she works, but she's also in school because she never went to college since she was just a stay at home mom. i've been giving her all my old textbooks to sell on there.
