do I make brunch or lunch for my mom on sunday?

Check my FB for my thoughts on "mother's day" Amby...

When I first read it, I was like #######? You know I can't read that ####### very well because my spanish teacher was a drunk! I agree with you Len, I love my mom all days. I make her dinner every Sunday night, but I thought I would do something different this Sunday.

I know, I put it also in English for y'all noobs :P . My mom hates this mother's day #######: this is her famous phrase "My children honor me every day. They also bring me the remote, or I kick them in the @ss" she is awesome

And what about ME, eh??????????? I am your internet mamma :P

I am tired of this no-getting-pregnant #######. Almost 8 months. I h8 babies.

Also, major teen-drama in the house. My son's gf of a year broke up with him (for the third time). The previous 2 times he got back together with her but had finally had it. Therefore Breakup 3, he said "too bad, I don't want to get back together." Now, I shall interrupt this rant to say that I adore the GF, but what she's doing now is driving me insane.

So, prom is coming up and Sean decided he will not ask former GF (though they do still hang out and are trying to be civilized) because a) he figures they'll just end up fighting all night long b ) he doesn't want her to think he wants to get back together c) he wants to go with someone he'll have a fun/no pressure good time with so: he asked his friend to go instead. Ex GF is giving him hell and making him feel guilty. Want to scream YOU BROKE UP WITH HIM. THRICE!

I also track my cycle and ovulation on fertilityfriend.com - very good site!

Good luck Jen (L)

Glad you made it to Tokyo safe!

I'll start tracking my chart in just a couple months! woot! No babies for us (if things go according to plan) until we get back to the US though. But, I've been on birth control pills for 8 years now and since I run out of my last pack next month I figure instead of tracking down a doctor here for a new scripe, I'll just stop. That way at least when we ARE ready to start trying (hopefully this time next year) I'll be good and ready, as I hear that it can take quite a while for woman to get pregnant after being on the pill so long! :)

Of course I'm sure some people get pregnant the next month but others I've heard take about 8-9 months. Any experiences?

My BFF got preggers the very next month and had been on the pill for 13 years. My other friend, tried for 2+ years. I guess it all depends on your biology.

We got pregnant on the first try, but I had been off the pill for years.

ps: Once you start charting, you're doomed...when you know that eggy is in there and ready, you'll want to attack your hubby for sure
