my right shoulder, upper back and arm hurts so much i think it'll fall off. I can't find a comfortable breastfeeding position, plus he's always on my boobs, and I try sitting down, lying down, one arm, the other arm, etc, I need a massage!!

as for the armpits... didn't the doc prescribe some sort of cream or sumtin''''????? those stitches looked like ####### in the first pics, ouch!
