Hi guys,

Just got a couple of yellow letters in the mail today.. requesting more evidence. So here are my questions.

It has two pages and one box checked say this.

For the household members income to be included in the household income, the household memebers income must have been from a lawful source etc...

I only submitted my mothers income becuase it was like 70,000 range.

Are they wanting my Dads income as well?

On the second page another box checked says this:

Based on the documents submitted with form I-864 Affidavit of support the petitioners /sponsor members did not meet the 125% of the federal poverty line...

Make no sense to me since her income is well above.

I called the 1800 number on the forms to talk to someone and put in my receipt # and it repeats the number entered and says it has no information on that record.....ok not sure what that means?

Does the EAD get held up becuase of this? Biometrics is sceduled for April 14th

Thanks for any help......It was very upsetting getting this letter

If the EAD was filed together, YES, all gets held up. Sounds like you did not submoit enough evidence of income. Re-submit. Include copy of 2008 tax return with w-2s, 1099 or schedule C identifying source of income. Letter from employer, check stubs for last two months. If you originally sent the 2007 return, follow it now with the 2008. They are not "counting" her income because you didn't identify the source with w-2s, 1099 or Schedule C.
