I'm trying to update my timeline and I keep getting this error:

Timelines Error: You can not create two timelines!

You already have a (or are associated with another) timeline in the system under a different email address.

Please go back and enter the correct email address or contact an Admin by clicking here

if you have forgotten the email address stored in your timeline.

I tried to update last week and sent the admin an email, but didn't hear anything. Now clicking on Admin doesn't even do anything.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks,

Shelly

looks like your putting in the wrong email that your orginally used for your account.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I thought that too, but I am using the correct email and did try every possible one I could think of with the same error.
