AOS Package, W2's and 1040's from sponsor

I am asking a questions concerning my father's tax info on our AOS package. He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcipts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package? I appreciate all your help and God bless!

You can send the tax info only for your dad. If you were to include your mother, then you would also have to file an 864A. Just note that when you fill in the income information, it should only include the income of your father, not the joint income of your mother and father.

Right, so when you list his income, do not list the total on his tax forms if it includes your mother's income, only list your father's income.

For example, say the tax return reflects a total income of 50,000, but only 25,000 of that income was your father's income, then you only list his 25,000.

Someone told me this:

If your dad is cosponsoring your wife then it is his income alone that has to be on the I-864A so you must SUBTRACT your mother's income from the total income reported on the 1040 and use that amount as your father's actual income or you will get an RFE.

I am curious why you sent a hard ds3032 when you sent one email? Is this necessary?

its your choice but sometimes NVC will take some time to process the emailed DS3032... Its better to send the hard copy bcoz at least when you call the NVC - they will inform you that they already received the hard copy... However it will take like 5 days..
