:help: HI everyone...I have a question about the I-864 form, part 4. In the section where you need to write your most recent tax year submitted (2005), it asks you what the Sponsor's individual income is ....which income should I write in there? the income I made during that last year of taxes (2005), or my actual income for this year (2006)?? Thanks for the replies. Cris

I-129F Sent : 2005-08-30

I-129F NOA1: 2005-09-02. Received by snail mail on 09-07.

Touched 09-13-05.Touched again, 09-14-05.

I-129F RFE(s) : 2005-09-26 by e-mail, waiting for snail mail for details. Touched again 09-27-05.Received RFE by snail mail 09-30-05, and sent documents to them same day

Received RFE documents 10-03-05 via FEDEX.

RFE Reply(s) : Got e-mail stating they received my RFE documents on 10-05-05,waiting...

10-17-05[/color]..APPROVED BY e-mail!!!!!!!!!![/color]

10-20-05 .. got it. I called them and got new case # (even though I have not received neither their letter, nor NOA2 by mail yet). They said to wait 2-4 weeks to sent to Embassy

10-21-05, Friday, received NOA2 by snail mail

10-24-05 Package left to Embassy.

11-21-05 Embassy sent e-mail with interview date 11-30-05

God, give us all patience and endurance...

I think you should write the income amount you listed on your 2005 tax return. It should be on your W2 form.

08/07/2005 Returned to US

08/26/2005 Sent in I-129F petition

08/31/2005 Received online NOA1

09/02/2005 Received NOA1 through snail mail

11/22/2005 Received online NOA2!!! (Day 88)

11/26/2005 Received NOA2 through snail mail.

11/28/2005 NVC receives case

12/1/2005 Case sent to Chennai consulate via DHL

1/12/2006 Interview date - Visa approved!!!

1/16/2006 Received visa by courier

1/20/2006 Arrival in US - Chicago O'hare POE (Reunited at last!!!)

1/21/2006 Returned home to Birmingham together.

2/10/2006 Married!!!

AOS

2/15/2006 Sent in AOS/EAD application

2/27/2006 Received NOA1 for EAD

3/2/2006 Received NOA1 for AOS

3/20/2006 Received Biometrics appointment letter for AOS/EAD (4/11/2006)

3/30/2006 EAD application touched

4/11/2006 Biometrics appointment (AOS/EAD)

4/13/2006 AOS/EAD applications touched

5/3/2006 AOS application transferred to CSC

5/5/2006 EAD touched

5/8/2006 AOS application received by CSC
