i know this subjet has come across quite a few time but im really wondering what is going on with vermont...everyday my timeline gets longer, i even got back on the igor list, i understand they re busy and all, but the approval time for vermont is almost double the other one now...has anyone got approved lately? i just hope they re trying to get back in whatever time they lost... i wish we knew in advance how long we have to wait even if it s a long time, (yea right ...i know)

and no im not complaining, im simply wondering if it s just a phase , and if people who were behind got approved. i wonder if they re still working on petions from like months and months ago?

I don't believe it is lack of luck of Vj population

they drastically slowed down on K3 and K1s at Vermont

Sorry for the comment but K3s are in worst shape than K1s at Cermont.

Hello. I don't have any answers to your questions, but I just wanted to say that I think it is interesting that Vermont is so slow now. Back when I applied for a K-1 in 2006, everyone wanted to have Vermont! People that were able to file through Vermont were getting their NOA2s in a month or a month and a half and those of us in California and Texas were waiting 3-4 months.

I understand your pain. However, based on our signature, it has been about 2 months since you sent off your packet! Don't start freaking out yet! :) You have quite a long road ahead of you yet and don't make this process more stressful than it is. I know it doesn't matter, but a lot of people on these sites haven't seen their loved ones for months and months and months; so be thankful that you saw yours quite recently!

Hang in there and it will come!! Just be glad your packet seems to be going smoothly so far. There are lots of people out here who are waiting in AP for who knows how long!

Hopefully others can actually answer your questions and I'm sorry that I can't...but hang in there and good luck!

so that you understand

K1s at Vermont got 8 approvals since March 31 while K3s got 0

in terms of queue We am around 85. A k1 at the same date is less than 170, about 150

my timeline now says for I129F

"There is not enough data in the timelines to accuratley approximate when your I-129f will be approved"

with a recent rate of 0 statistics can even provide an estimate.

im really more freaking out over how behind they are, i dont expect to get approved anytime soon, i do know it takes 5-6 months in average, but when it comes down to it, i just hope they wont be so behind that it ends up taking like a year....

and it seems to be getting worst each day...

I know the wait is a long one and there is nothing you can do to make the time go by any faster so I really feel for those who are waiting and waiting. I was upset too but more senior members told me to hang in there and my package would get processed. If it helps any, my patience was finally rewarded as I just got my NOA2 from Vermont (notified 3/27/09 and received document in the mail 4/4/09) and my NOA1 was in early December. Your patience will be rewarded too. Try to find other things to take your mind off your waiting (I know this is hard to do) and the time won't seem as long.

When I was a boy in elementary school, I used to stare at the clock waiting for school to end at 4 pm and the time seemed to move so slowly. Now that I have a job and am very busy at work I hardly notice the day passing. Hang in there and best of luck to you!~
