Divorce decree of petitioner if applicable is a must. They sometimes ask for the original. Parental consent if applicable also.

Bring the original and photocopies of your documents.

Include a copy of the USC passport and birth certificate and 4-5 photos.

I would advise just bringing the docs you brought to your interview. Things are pretty rendom there. This is to avoid having to go back. They asked pretty much more than what I expected they would. SO better overdeliver than having to go thru the trouble of going back.

i recommend going to smef-cow in quezon city for your cfo seminar. people there are much nicer than in prism, as reported by many vj posters.

So they take originals? Does that mean she should get multiple originals of NBI Clearance and Birth Certificates? Does the Embassy keep the originals too? I think she only has 1 NBI Clearance form...will she have to give that up at the embassy?

For parental permission is it OK if the lawyer only had her dad sign? Her mom isn't around.

Hi. I have just finished attending the CFO seminar this afternoon at The Good Shepherd Convent. They only asked me for 3 photocopies of my visa, 3 photocopies of the biographical page of my passport, and 3 photocopies of my immigrant data summary. They asked me for these three only probably because I already have a visa. I suggest that you attend once you have the visa so that you do won't have to come b ack for the sticker. I received mine plus the certificates immediately after the session.
